What an amazing idea, letting doctors decide what’s best for their patients. Maybe this new way of thinking will gain popularity.

This is important because Arizona hasn’t managed to get the radicals out of the state legislature yet and they are pretty constantly trying to pass a total abortion ban. But all statewide offices are Democrat so that’s been getting vetoed and a civil war era law was revived by the courts.

This announcement means doctors don’t have to worry about the civil war era law.

I 100% agree, I was being snarky about the fact that politicians think they should be making medical decisions when most of them have little to no understanding of medical science or just science in general.

I’ve seen so many patients at the brink of death while doctors hot potato them around because no one wants to be holding the bag when the patient either gives a nurse a tbi or stops breathing from the medication you gave them to stop them from clubbing the nurses over the head. There are so many horribly medically (and usually simultaneously socially) complex patients that organizations are too afraid to treat because the risk is too high to be profitable and that’s all that matters anymore.
