Declared a monopoly only in the search engine space AFAIK. Browsers don’t have anything to do with that other than maybe setting Google as the default search engine.

I use Firefox everywhere except work where my only options are Chrome or Edge (both chromium). Apparently uBlock lite is supposed to work on the new version of Chrome and hopefully still functions roughly the same. Apart from block web ads, I rely on it to block YouTube ads.
We have Logitech wired mice at work and they’ve turned into straight garbage in recent years. I’ve literally opened one brand new and had the cable begin fraying where it feeds into the mouse within a week. Previously, our Logitech mice would last for years without issue with 24/7 use.
I’m sure they charge a fee to pay your rent with a card too.
Are you getting a discount when you buy a carrier phone on contract? Every time I’ve priced them out, the total for 24 months of payments is typically around the full MSRP of the phone. Buying direct usually results in hefty discounts since companies like Samsung always have some sort of deal going on. My parents recently got some bottom of the barrel smartphones and still wound up paying hundreds of dollars for them on contract even though you can buy them outright online for 1/3 of the price.
Not sure why you’re equating “overhyped, expensive, and unreliable” with “this thing will never exist.” Nobody is arguing that.
I look at it more like autonomous driving which we’ve been told is just around the corner for close to a decade now.
“My jurisdiction” could mean their house and their degree could be from PragerU or some other sham online college. The way everything is worded so vaguely leads me to believe this is the case.
I think it may tangentially as you could argue hacking into the software to modify and bypass software locks is akin to piracy.
Nah I’d elevate them well above beauty pageants as those lead to a lot of handsy judges and body image issues.
10/10 response to being asked to explain a joke. Somehow you made the joke explanation even funnier than the original joke.
Are you saying you have multiple brain worms?
The 20mg ones are nic salts which work a bit differently which is why they’re stronger. The refillable “freebase juice” is what came in 3, 6, 12mg and it sounds like it’s getting banned. Nic salt is supposed to be used at much lower wattage so that you get less with each puff but it works faster (similar to a cigarette). Pretty much all the disposables use nic salts.
It’s because they weren’t subject to the tobacco tax that cigarette companies must pay due to the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA). Now the vaping industry is all but decimated outside of disposables, but you can still go buy your favorite cigarettes at any corner store.
It’s 2016 all over again.
It’s the same team sport politics that MAGA supporters engage in.
Yes, out of hundreds of millions of people, he is the only person who can do the job. In 2028, we’ll have to close the country since nobody else is capable.
I like how this interaction started as an argument and ended with recommendations for a good, used car.
