But a corporation is not entitled to that. Neither is money. People are.
Allowing money to count as a petition is limiting the freedom of those without money then.

Ah right. No money. Living on a paltry 3x the national minimum wage salary for a year…. As the budget for every month. Which he still blew past 3x as much.
Didn’t know about the last two hadn’t heard of much progress since 2019. Still, need quite a bit more before it matters literally at all. Maybe the wave of people voting for abortion rights can help flip enough seats to people who will support passing this stuff over the next few years.
I say blatantly which would be different in legalese but basically, if it is directly without need for interpretation such as saying gay people cannot be teachers which is directly discriminating against sexual orientation, then you’re out. Meanwhile if it’s later found to be unconstitutional due to interpretation or implementation such as stop and frisk then you’re not removed, though any laws copying said law that was already found unconstitutional WOULD then cause you to be removed because duh we’ve been here before.
Edit: also, only said outed from office and not banned as if it’s used to remove people they could still be voted back in with a special election or whatever, similar to what happened with jones/pearson being removed using bullshit.
Seriously I’ve said it before if you’ve backed legislation found to be blatantly unconstitutional you should be removed from office.
ouch. I’m sorry.
Oh boy don’t look at Florida’s teacher salaries then. (Or whatever hell holes are the 2 states lower than us)
Punishment for shit like this that fucks over masses of people should cost their entire profit of the years they were doing this, paid over 10 years and put towards public works. Any upper management who made bonuses during those years should also have to pay the amount the earned in bonuses. I assume it wouldn’t be but also make sure these debts are not able to be removed through bankruptcy or etc.
I mean, much worse than the title implies: Arizona Supreme Court removes a law passed 2 years ago in order to reinstate an abortion ban law from before Arizona was even a state, to which the only exception is when absolutely necessary to save the life of the mother. (Which we’ve seen from Texas mean basically won’t happen even if it is medically suggested by multiple doctors.)
Nah those are charter schools.
Hillsborough pays worse: 47.5k for the first 10 years and then it starts going up. 60k is 25 years of experience.
(Pay starts on page 9)
Edit: note if you want to count out teacher benefits it’s maybe ~10k per teacher, with 3% to retirement and then like 8.8k for medical. Add the pay roll tax, the $300 a year for supplies, and $600 extra pay for for ~25-30 hours of training every year (get paid maybe $20-25/hr for trainings instead of full amount) and you’re at like $62,300 per teacher in total cost to the county. Note I’m ignoring teacher incentive pay as he also gets it and it’s likely proportional so, I’m ignoring that. But yeah that is minimum 5.5 full cost teachers for just his direct salary+pension.
I mean, yeah but in that everything that happened was real, and happen within a second probably at most of eachother. Still definitely permissible. AI is a very different story.
Finally, a true hero defending the poor housing market that is doing so poorly….
Did the same on iOS… not a huge difference. Download app from store, set as default.
Needs to be laws that cause repercussions for fucks who sign draft and pass laws found to be this ridiculously plainly and obviously unconstitutional.
Thanks for reminding me I need to go get a check lol.
So you’re saying you supported everything trump did while President? I mean… you were of voting age while he was elected right? So clearly you agree with everything done? And you agree with everything currently being done?
I mean… that’s a mortgage. So if that counts, then yeah. Sad part is most of those paying that much on top of rent (which is also that much.)
Man only if they maybe had any sort of fucking foresight and didn’t remove the law allowing him to stay governor while running for president.
Can’t wait til this fucker is gone. Uhg.
“Must live in the middle of nowhere. Must have a vehicle you will not be paid to maintain. Must provide your own medical insurance so we don’t have to provide it legally. Must give us $450 to start. Must be cool with making minimum wage for a minimum of 3 months. Probably forever. Good luck paying for rent, increased gas and maintenance on your car, and your own medical on minimum wage. I hope you die. Welcome to the family.”
Don’t understand why it’s legal to make a PAC and have your chief of staff head it.
To be fair I don’t understand why PACs are legal at all, but whatever.
