I’ve eaten this a few times. It’s actually great when you have congestion. Clears the sinuses real good. May have also given me an ulcer, but I used to eat a lot of spicy stuff so could have been anything.

Often me. I make tools/interactions for learning management systems. So the back end is a thid party I have no controll over. Just take the api and make the magic happen.
You need me to save data somewhere but don’t want to buy server space? Sure we can cram that into places it’s not ment to go within the system. It will slow things down and likly cause issues but it’s free.
I heard of this one. I can’t help but think that this guy was just killed because it will be cheaper in the long run to excute him rather then pay to keep him in prison. I dont think this was about mercy, rehabilitation or justice it was about profit and the value of human lives.
I found a bug once in our content that only affected Firefox. Old versions of articulate whouldnt start properly. Not somthing I could fix on my own as i meeded anyoher department. I brought it to the attention of the managers. They didn’t want to fox it as apprently Google analytics showed only .4% of our user base was using Firefox. I manged to convince them its part of our user commitment to ensure that we work consistently across all browsers, but it was a pain.
I mean I just get headaches when games do it too much.
I 100% agree with accessibility features. This includes some of the newer considerations.
I once saw a thing where a DM (D&D) had an anonymous survey of common sensitive topics. He’d gage what his players where comfortable with prior to starting a campaign and adjust the story accordingly. Games just need this.
I think surface level info is fine for an explainer video. That’s kind if the point. He could do a little more to push people towards more detailed sources of info but he’s not worse then most other explainer and he seems to be sourcing things decently.
I watch some of his stuff but I wouldn’t blame anyone for choosing not to. The guys presentation of the research is just annoyingly pretentious and he seems to have a bit of an ego.
I get it his shtick is that he’s a hipster journalist referring to your audiance as “guys”. Its just not working for me.
Oh I never heard that one before. Well I learned a new thing then.
“Tiny rump faction of extremist” is an amazing typo
Ah so it may be possible in the future. That whould be cool. Theres a lot of little webcomics out there struggling to be seen. Somthing like that could really help some of artist I think. And I’d love a platform for getting all the updates on the comics I read all in one place.
Probably a dumb question.
But if a site is using comicpress will it now be possible to see updates of that site via Lemmy?
I suspect this as well. Sorting by new I usually see everything has at least one down vote, it’s not 100% though, otherwise I’d assume it’s just a weird glitch.
Thank you namecheap looks like the best choice for me so far. I’m also looking at a local one called host papa. I may need to export my email history and figure out exactly what my needs are in terms of space. Proton might be a good option there as well if I can keep it at 1GB.
Well crap
I pretty much only have my domain for my email adress. It’s also a back up plan should my career take another nose dive and I need a portfolio. Gsuite was good for all that.
I’m not quite in the loop with best options for that kinda thing. And I been using the email for contract work for over a decade now. So I don’t want to give that up. Would cloudflare be good for that as well?
That whould definitely alter my speculations. Assuming we actually hear about anything said during this closed session.
Of course he could walk into the closed meeting room emit a loud 23 second fart, then leave without a word. If the public isn’t privvy to what happens in that meeting he can claim to have said whatever he wants and never get disproven.
I have a few interpretations if this based on my limited understanding if it.
I think the oversite committee has to hear him out. Ignoring a complaint from multiple members of military about potential misappropriation of funding would be egregious on their part. So they are listening to everything and trying to be professional about it.
Now the cynic in me believes this is actually a genius way to push pulp. If this guy writes a book (assuming he hasn’t already) he’s just given himself enormous credibility and advertising at little to no cost. Loud enough to be heard but vague enough that he can’t be disproven or take on any accountability.
But the conspiracy theorist in me just sees this as an attempt to discredit and humiliate this and other sub committee’s. Ammo that can be used to try and shut it down or prevent them from more serious work.
Though I’m a Candain and only getting bits and pieces of this story so I’m probably way off base here.
But what does it do?
Ah good to know. I’ve never been able to get a clear answer from my doctor about it. But I do know as I’m creeping to my 40s my guts protest the spicy stuff with sharp pains
