I mean, of course there’s loaded language in all this. Are you also surprised at the language and rhetoric used by Chinese government and media sources when they talk about the US?

No, it’s people like you who will cause Trump to win. Not the DNC, but people who stupidly throw away their votes or vote Trumpnjust out of spite.
You’re either a shill or completely naive on how the world works.
People like you probably don’t even care about genocide. After all, I don’t see these same “accounts” standing up for Ukraine with such passion. You’re just a stooge who wants Trump to win because you’re a shill, some dumb “burn it all to the ground” idiot, or both.
Then again look what happened to ISIS when the rest of the world finally stepped in for real. While it’s not completely wiped out, ISIS is FAR from where it was at their peak power.
I’m sure Ivanka would do just fine

Reason number %large_number% + 1 why support for Ukraine cannot falter. Russia cannot win its offensive there and continue to spread its poison across the world.
That’s where we differ then, since the risk of Russia gaining power in the world is completely unacceptable. Besides the immediate threat to Europe, Russia is responsible for disinformation campaigns across the West and has caused untold damage with Trump and his ilk. To me, that is the greatest danger we need to address and defending Ukraine is top priority.
I wish politicians would unlink unrelated funding programs, but that’s a problem that can’t be solved in the short term. Ideally pressure continues to mount against the Israeli response to the situation in Gaza (as it is doing, albeit too slowly).
Getting out of the theoretical world now, how else do you realistically propose to support Ukraine? Like it or not, unfortunately both parties in the US are very pro-Israel.
Hence one of the miriad of reasons why immigration is such a good policy for a country. Attract younger skilled workers who directly contribute to the economy.
So the genocide against Ukraine isn’t worth as much to you as the genocide against Palestinians? As others have pointed out, without this money, Israel can still continue to to what it does. However, without this money and other support from the west, Ukraine will fall.
The solution should be to jail all the owners and executives, force a sale of the company and set an example for anyone else who thinks about doing the same thing.
Yeah, and what do you call a high risk pregnancy that would normally have ended in abortion? Now women are forced to carry the pregnancy (viable or otherwise) to term putting their health and lives at risk.
Educate yourself on what’s going on before spouting nonsense.
I looked through each of your examples and, unless I missed something, none of those cases involved a minor getting the parents insecure gun. First one was a theft from a gun store, the second doesn’t state any details on where the gun came from, and the last one was a gun stolen from police.
My comments re: parents being responsible is for cases that the parents’ gun is taken by the minor and used in a crime, not any gun crime committed by a minor.
Again, if I missed something, please let me know.
Relevant video. Somewhat mind blowing.
How Target helps solve violent crimes
My apologies for the confusion then, though my use of the word “safe” was secure. Keeping a gun hidden in a sock drawer != safe, though there are other ways to secure something.
Because it’s a deadly weapon and it’s your responsibility that it is secured (not necessarily a safe). Part of responsible gun ownership.
My point is that the guns should be secured in such a way that even if the kid wanted to kill themselves, the gun is not an option. It’s locked away.
That is a good point, but it should still be on the parents to secure the guns. If you own a gun, it’s on you to also buy whatever you need to keep that gun locked up and safe.
This is me as well. I haven’t downloaded music since I got Spotify. I just wish the movie industry had similar options. No I will not sign up for 15 different streaming platforms. There are much easier ways to solve that problem.
It’s certainly a problem the US government cares about when dealing with a hostile nation (from the US perspective).
