I don’t want to live in a world with no cabbage.

I don’t think that Proton sells my data to advertisers or trains AI using my emails and documents. As of laws, unfortunately any service in any reputable country has to obey them. You can always buy a server in some banana republic and set up an email service there, but even then there are some risks.
or a better alternative out there with a database of tabs as large as the two have

I don’t know if it’s good enough for your needs, but they have a 7-days trial, so you can check it out for free.
And a helicopter.
My Raspberry Pi is named ‘raspberrypi’. I’m very creative.
Whataboutism in replies? Color me surprised.
What does it really change? If you’re in legal troubles, the same request will come from your hosting or internet service provider.
Have a nice life, I won’t be spending anymore time on you.
Thank you.
I’m not “inventing” arguments, you’re just ignoring explanations.
I didn’t ask you for any explanations. Don’t take too much responsibility on yourself and play the lecturer. You failed to understand what they were trying to say, I tried to help. That’s it. I’m not here for your explanations, you have neither expertise nor credibility to teach others.
People think they’re bad now, because Hillary and the media said
No, this particular user thinks polls are bod because younger voters, who are more likely to vote for Democrats, are not going to pick up calls from random numbers. They were very clear. Why are you inventing arguments that were never mentioned in the discussion?
Like, what is your version of what’s happening that polls aren’t reliable now?
Didn’t they explain?
In this case it’s clearly biased against people who don’t answer random numbers. The “not answering” cohort may be correlated with other population groups like people with higher education and higher earnings. The survey may be systematically missing this chunk of the population, making the results biased too.
Higher educated democrats not surveyed -> the survey misses their opinions -> the survey is wrong when the results come in at election time.
Yeah, it’s not about privacy or anything like that. Which is why I don’t understand this decision at all. It’s not like they have to do anything besides public announcements on Facebook. What privacy are they trying to protect?
And people said he would not be able to monetize Twitter.

He’s speaking ‘bad’ of USA, and that’s where tribalism kicks in.
If only there weren’t trying to make YouTube less usable. Currently if I listen to podcasts on YT and take a break, in a few hours it can completely forget that I was watching it, it’ll be gone from my watch history. This is so frustrating with 2-3 hours long videos.
Truth social sounds so silly translated to Russian. I wonder if it’s as silly in English to native English speakers.
Crazy prices for movies and software like Photoshop. I’m still subscribed to YT Music, but I have to pirate music as silly wars between labels and artists result in music being removed from streaming services from time to time. For the same reason I don’t want to buy movies online - we don’t own shit.
